Rental Terms & Conditions 

To ensure the rights and responsibilities of both parties, please review the following terms carefully:

Rental Period

• The rental period is based on the date and time confirmed by both parties. Late returns will incur an additional daily rental fee.

Rental Fee & Deposit

• Rental fees must be paid in full prior to pick-up.

• For certain items, a deposit may be required. The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the items in good condition after inspection.

Pick-up & Return

• The renter is responsible for pick-up and return of the items.

Usage Guidelines

• Rented items are for event or display purposes only and may not be sublet, loaned, or used for unauthorized purposes.

Care & Damage Responsibility

• The renter is responsible for proper care of all rented items. In the event of loss, damage, or stains, repair or compensation fees will be charged accordingly.

Force Majeure

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) leading to event cancellation or postponement, both parties may negotiate alternative arrangements.

Liability Limitation

• Our company provides prop rental services only and assumes no responsibility for accidents or losses arising from use, handling, or external circumstances during the rental period.
